"The voice for those who cannot speak for themselves"
WHAT WE EAT
Consistency is always the key when it comes to a
healthy dogs diet. To prevent belly aches and upset
stomachs we try to feed the same food.  The  dry
food that we like and could use more donations of is
Purina O.N.E.. We need both puppy and adult
formula's,  Please no Ol Roy products.  No healthy
weight products.

We always need cat food as well. We also try to feed
Purina ONE kitty food as well in adult and kitten
formula, it seems to give us the best response.  We
are in need of Kitten Chow at this time. Please no
Special Kitty or Meow Mix.
WHAT WE SLEEP ON
Shelter Dogs
Our shelter dogs sleep on Kuranda Beds.
We do not need towels or
blankets at this time.

DOGS MISCELLANEOUS
Thank you to Holy Trinity Church for their
pet blessing on October 7th and all of the
wonderful donations from their
congregation.
Liana, Grace, Noelle, Kayla help a
lemonade stand to raise money for SPR.
These wonderful young ladies came by
the kennel with their donation and were
able to love on some puppies.
Spencer Pet Rescue relies solely on the generosity and support of the
general public for funding and receives no governmental funding.
Our kitties are always in need of cat litter.  The plain clay kind is
preferred.

We try to make the cat area as comfortable as possible for our
feline friends.
Troop 264 held a fund raiser on March 22 for their Bronze Award.
They collected cash and a great deal of food.  Thanks so much
